Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Cuvee Heritage

The nose opens on an array of black fruit aromas, followed with airing by delicate roasted coffee-bean notes. After an attack on subtle, ripe black fruit and spice notes, the black fruit flavours expand on the mid-palate before giving way to spice notes and attractive roasted coffee-bean flavours on a dense finish underpinned by refined tannins.

Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Rouge
An intense, glittering garnet red. The nose opens on red fruit aromas, cranberry and with a hint of caramel, then goes on with airing to reveal notes of ripe fruit such as blackberry and cherry. Taste of fresh fruit flavours, especially bilberry and cherry, with a touch of herby garrigue, the wine develops a round and very rich mid palate, in a long and highly elegant finish on spice notes, especially white pepper.

Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Blanc
Pale yellow, the nose opens on the citrus fruit aromas typical of Sauvignon Blanc, then goes on to reveal intense yellow peach and nectarine notes that are characteristic of Semillon. The wine shows attractive lime and kumquat flavours, while the round and full-bodied mid-palate reveals intense yellow peach notes which linger on the finish, joined by delicately acidulated touches of apricot.
Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc
Pale yellow with a greenish tinge. The nose opens on highly expressive citrus fruit aromas, then goes on with airing to reveal delicate floral notes. After a bright and fresh attack on powerful lime and yuzu flavours, the clean and precise mid-palate is marked by the arrival of intense grapefruit notes, with acidulated touches of lemon and white blossom emerging on the finish.
Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Rose
Pale candy-pink with lychee highlights. The succulent nose expresses intense grapefruit and red berry fruit aromas. The attack is forthright and highly expressive, marked by the grapefruit notes found on the nose.
Fresh, red berry fruit flavours then emerge on the close-knit, refined midpalate, lingering on the fresh and elegant finish.

Mouton Cadet Bordeaux – Mathilda

Pale Pink. An initial burst of intense lemon quickly making way for fresh red fruit aromas, especially raspberry and cherry. A supple and fruitforward attack on raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant flavours leads into a mid-palate with the succulence of freshly-picked fruit, followed by a fresh grapefruit and lychee finish.
